Help!

I've worked out how to post pictures to the forum now, but they seem to be enormous, much larger than most posters! Is there a way to make them smaller when posted?

I set up an account at Photobucket, and uploaded a load of pics there, and have cut and pasted the "image code"
Below is a pic of my current motor mount, together with a shot of the inside looking to the stern.
