That one was 300 led's, which is about every inch, and draws 1.0-1.2 amp. They have another with 150 leds, which is every 1.4 inch, and draws .6 amps.
I'd rather not take the chance of the wide seperation streaking the walls, and suffer with the extra .6 amps. You can also fade it, so if it's too bright, then I can turn it down to save power.
