Be <i>very</i> wary... Why do you want to paint the interior? You'll likely end up regretting it. If you must, the standard for painting gelcoat is polyurethane, and 2-part is best. (One-part paints like Brightside are probably OK inside... but I'll repeat the question: WHY?)
I did my previous boat with a one part poly with excellent results and durability, but only because the original gelcoat had a grotesque cream and tan splatter effect. In general, I agree with Dave - think carefully before you do it
