I'm posting the link here for reference, although its also in the General Forum. It took 15 posts to cover the week and a half trip and there are lots of great pictures, hope you enjoy.

We had a two week charter from BVI-USVI-SVI and back in January. If anyone is planning similar trip I'd be happy to answer questions here or by email. I'll (someday) post a full trip report (with pics) on TTOL (traveltalkonline) forum under the same name. I did discuss the loss of our propshaft connection there already. Made me wish I'd had my trusty Honda 8 outboard.

Unsinkable2, You were just behind us by a day. We had gone to Norman the night before (same restaurant too) and were in Trellis Bay for the full moon party. We also ate at the same restaurant in Trellis Bay. Funny thing is we sat behind a couple on the flight from Boston to San Juan and they were on the same flight to Tortola. Also on the same bus to Footloose. Next morning they were checking in as we were. Then after a night at anchor we saw them on our second night at the Last Stand Resort--at the next table!

We are planing a AVI/BVI Charter next year.

Island Packet 370

Any input very welcome.

We know we have to take our own GPS, will have to confirm power availability.

Again hit me with "gotta do's" & "don't do's"
