here is a site that lists availability of ethanol free gas.
pure-gas.org
I had a fuel pump issue that may or may not be related to ethanol (a distorted rubber diaphram) in my evinrude. it's nice to know there are options out there.
Sailing has been great here lately, 15-20k winds and sunny.
Thanks for the info! We've been trying to deal with the ethanol issue for a while in our snowmobiles, so it is nice to have a list across a bunch of different states. Its also nice to know that the marinas on my lake are on the ethanol-free list!
If you can find the avgas at small airport run by an individual, It probably won't be that expensive. Our airplane is certified for car gas, but absolutely cannot have ethanol (dissolves fuel tank seals and old fuel lines). We find it not worth the effort to hunt and haul car gas for the approximate $1 difference
