Frank, good luck, hope you get a sail in this weekend. When I replaced my pin last year I felt lucky the hole was in good shape.
We have a guy at the marina working on his C-22 swing keel, looking for a leak. His C-22 is an older model, his pivot pin just goes though fiberglass on either side of the keel inside the cabin. The glass has worn (a PO repaired it once with 5200) and water was coming in around the pin on both side.
