I would like to know the measurements for a 110% jib for a 1980 standard rig. Anyone know any good sites to find decent used ones? Also, what is the difference in size/material between a 110 and a storm jib? Thank you again for all your great info. Danielle
We have a 110% jib for a 1981 standard rig. It is a hank on & we now are roller furled. I would have to look at the condition, since it came with the boat when we bought it this summer. I suspect it is in pretty good shape. If you are interested let me know & I will pull it out measure & look at it. We sail from Lake Mead Nevada so shipping would depend where you are. dick t on Windtamer
There is a TON of good information on the Catalina 25/250 National Association website (that's where the sail dimensions came from). There are the manuals for the both the 25 and the 250, and there is a whole section devoted to "Technical Tips." If you haven't checked it out, it is well worth your time ... here is the link:
Richard and Dave, I am very interested in your sails. If you could email me at dclack@mail.sandi.net and let me know condition, price, etc. that would be great. Thanks so much. Buzz, thank you also for the site and the welcome! Danielle
