I tried a search, but came up empty. Does anyone know where the plans for the home-brew GPS/fishfinder swingarm mount are hidden?
I got a SH 180i chartplotter and now I have an excuse to build this piece of engineering. Not that it is high-tech, but if I can steal someone else's design, maybe I can save some time and effort.
It might be hard to design a tilting, swing-arm holder using only oak, or maple, or teak. That one in Jonathan's posting uses a metal U-bracket for tilt, and looks really nice!
