Don't know if anyone else has had this problem but the bar that hold my Windex is held in place by one screw which can't be tightened sufficently to hold the Windex dead center to the mast. So this year I made and installed the following fix.

It's just a piece of aluminium bent into an upside-down "U" shape and bolted to the Windex support bar, between the shoulders of the mast head. I elongated the hole in the aluminium "U" so that it can be adjusted to center the bar.
