Great pics, Duane. Great boat, great skyline. I love Cleveland. My wife and I were married on the Nautica Queen up there.

I raced my Laser at a District Championship out of one of the lakeshore yacht clubs. I remember needing to wash the hull with dish washing soap which kept the oil and other petroleum products away from the hull while we sailed out of the harbor. Must have been 30 years ago!

Ever since the zebra mussels, there has been no need for that, just a good spray with the hose and everything is clean

Duane,

What the zebra mussels eat the oil and petroleum products? And, I thought Cleveland had work so hard at cleaning up the waterfront!

Hey Duane,

Looks like a great sailing day.

I sure do miss Lake Erie and Catawba Island.

I see the blue cup. Are you splicing the main brace?<img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

Yes Paul, more than likely we were, if its in a cup on our boat theres a darn good chance its Mount Gay and Tonic...but then again I could have had a bit of skoal in too and that cup could be the spittoon!!! Most likely though it was a bottle of beer poured into a cup. We found a new dilemma this past season: Its hard not to allow bottles on board when the bottles are FOC.

Duane,

I forgot to tell you.

I love the name "Flying Wasp". I knew what it was the firt time I saw it.

My son Evan and I watched "Caddy Shack" the other night and he loved the lake scene. What a great movie.

Maybe Ill name my next boat, "Lacey Underall".<img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
