Tucked in among the 400,000 bass boats will be a few sailboats and 5 or 6 90' garbage barges...ie..Gatlinberg brothels...you know....HOUSEBOATS. Very comfy I must admit.
At the entrance to the Atlanta show they have old wooden boats on display. They're cool.
As usual, the keel kicker from H^^E^^LL...that's me...will bug the sailboat guys who all know...like you guys...that I'm still trying to sell the Cabin Cruiser.
This year I'm going to tape a picture of the Marinette to my back with FOR SALE written on it. Maybe I'll snag a buyer at the show. If not, I'll just have a beer and smell the gelcoat.
Good luck, Paul! Just after the Atlanta show is the big sailboat show in Atlantic City, but we'll be in Mali. (That's West Africa.) We hope to get in a sail on the Niger River.

Here is a link to some info about the Atlanta Boat Show. The exhibitor list indicates that Catalina Yachts will be in Atlanta and not Atlantic City. Go figure?
The Denver boat show is January 9-12 at the Colorado Convention Center. Last Year The Anchorage had Capri 22, C270, C250, Hunter 240, 260 & 320 (I think), some daysailers and a few others. There was another Sailboat dealer as well can't remember what they had. I'll be there on Friday the 10th. See you there.
I just clicked on the link Don provided and got a page for the Atlantic City Power Boat Show in early February, not Sail Expo, January 9-12, 2003. That might explain why Catalina won't be there! Same w/e as the Atlanta show. If I could go to show, even if I lived in a city with combined sail-power boat show, I'd do Atlantic City. All sail boats vs a few sail boats .

The Sail America show in Atlantic City is January 9-12. Catalina definitely will be there--the Long Island Sound Catalina Assoc. (LISCA) will be gathering at the exhibit.
