The Easy Lock Clutches on "Leprechaun" have grooves worn on the rollers in the clutch and I would rather re-build/replace the rollers than buy new clutches - We have done enough of rebuilding the economy this year -(New 9.9 Yamaha high thrust electric start long shaft). Has anyone else had the same issue- new Easy Lock clutch doubles are $149.00 each and would probably NOT fit the same holes in the coach roof (Filling and drilling) AGAIN . Any other information would be great.. Thanks again..

Maybe I'm missing your point . . . rope clutches are pretty simple devices and parts are available

http://www.rigrite.com/hardware/rope_clutches/Easylock_Handles.html

Perhaps there are rivets you are unsure how to remove and replace?

Have you Googled these words? "easylock clutches parts & service"

That was what showed up when I googled it, I also called PYACHT and spoke with their technical dept. He was going to call me back to let me know IF parts are available, as in the rig-rite ad, I think mine (as is my luck) are the ones that parts are NOT available..
I have no idea of age but they Look older.. The tech guy has not called me..it is friday though.. , I am thinking ebay is the way to go for a double clutch and again filling and drilling ..thanks for your response.

Depending on the placement of your original clutches/sheetstoppers, you may only have to drill ONE new hole. That'd be only half the work.
