We really should have a sticky sailing pics thread. Anyways, was looking through facebook and found some good pics of my boat I was tagged in. So here is yet another sailing pics thread. Perhaps we could make it or one like it a sticky?
Peter Powers 1979 TR/FK #1390 ~Stephanos~ Bayview Marina, Lake Ray Hubbard Dallas, TX
Well there is a Gallery but I am not sure of the effort needed to keep it up. Maybe Peter would be willing to manage it and make it a more usable feature?
Peter, Good idea re pics thread. I will bring up at next officers meeting. I loved the 1st pic close up. It shows off the great lines of the 25. The last one looks like possible crunch! Nice job. Steve A

LOL, thanks, I think a sticky pics thread would be awesome, keep all the great sailing pics in one place. In the last pic that Benny 323 was at a dead stop so I did a "sail-by" on him. Wednesday Night racing has gotten me pretty comfortable with close quarter sailing.
As far as the gallery, I'm willing to help but I think a thread is better as you get all the comments and everyone's pics in a linear format.

Send that one to Sail magazine for their next cover. How did you get that shot? Was there a crunch about 3 sec. later? <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote">
LOL no, my buddy is a really good amateur photographer and he was on the hook on his benny 323 so I sailed close by, made a few passes and he snapped some pics.
Keep finding these tagged pics. So, here's a bunch from the year so far and maybe one or two from last season..just trying to keep this thread alive. I really want to see y'all's pics so I'm trying to jump start this here.

If you're looking for Stephanos, I have two 3X5 flags, get them for about $6 on Amazon. Love having dual halyards.
Joint Venture and Stephanos back at the harbor. After raft ups we sail over here, tie up and have the most fabulous Migas at Gloria's. $9.99 and worth every penny.

I missed it too. Can't seem to focus on the stuff beyond the bow. Gotta call the eye doc unless more of you have the same problem. Found the wench pic, reminds me of something I have aboard!
From what I can see of these two the one in the foreground looks like my wife and the one in the background looks kind of like my ex-wife! <hr height="1" noshade id="quote"></font id="quote"></blockquote id="quote">

Wife and the whisker pole...
Actually got my teenager to come out a couple times, turns out the heeling was scaring her, even though she said that she was bored. Now when she comes out, I take it easy.
Jackson at the helm, he's getting kinda good at this...
OK, knock it off! We/I figured it out. You are a Catalina factory plant. WELL, you can tell Frank that I am NOT encouraged to buy any of his vessels based on your debaucherous photography and the ultimate visual depiction of what will happen if you encounter one of these fine vessels in your uh entourage. I mean, how 'bout this = "It's not a Hunter"??? Just kidding of course, this is good stuff. Love to see it, I have a few to share, but damnit - she is topless. ;)
