Our tilt lever is just below the powerhead on the starboard side of the outboard (Evinrude) this past summer I assembled/disassembled it about 3 times and indeed there are different holes you can put the tilty footy thing in to adjust how high it tilts.

Did they rebuild Pensacola Naval Station Marina? I helped take a 50' Prout there 10 days before Ivan visited - and the "after" photos were horrendous.

Yes, it's rebuilt, all floating docks now, power and water at all slips. I lost my Cal 36 there during IVAN, I was there right after IVAN hit, took about 50 photos of the total destruction.
They have a long steep ramp, good for rope launching a WK.

Steve, do you perchance have any pics of the 50' cat "By George" that was dumped on the end of the dock by the ramp?
