The transmission dipstick is the bolt on the TOP of the transmission housing. Many of us use turkey basters or big plastic syringes and suck the old fluid out. I did it just the other day with our syringe and a long plastic tube. I put the old stuff in a 10 oz clear plastic drinking glass and replaced it with the same amount. Don't drain it out the bottom - it's a crush washer, one time use thing, unless you can gain access it's easier from the top.
