Has the boat been in salt water and if so, for how long and when?

Sounds like a decent price if all is in excellent condition.

Any issues with it or the trailer?

I replaced the 16-year-old standing rigging--that would also be recommended in fresh water with today's acid rain. Fresh water is also more likely to promote blisters. Catalinas are well designed and built for salt water.
