Has anyone replaced the trim that surrounds the interior edge of the pop top opening? Mine is broken where the port hatch dog connects.

I have not replaced that part but have done some plastic work. One idea for you. Warm or heat the plastic with a heat gun where to intend to bend it around a corner.

Also, catalina direct sells this stuff used for both the pop top and the forward hatch. It's fairly reasonable $$ too. Doug is right about using a hot hairdryer or heat gun to get it maliable. If not, it will crack right at the point you're trying to curve. Good luck.
