I plan on upgrading the rigging to allow for solo sailing. As such, I plan on mounting coach roof winch, rope guides, and stoppers. I plan to drill through the roof, seal all holes, use backing plates/s.s washers. Is the coach roof comprised of 100% glass or is it a composite of two layers of glass? or, a sandwich of glass plus gelcoat with either balsa core or plywood as the center?

Glass deck, plywood core, glass liner. IIRC, the plywood is 3/4". The liner might not be tight to the plywood in all places. Some wires are going inside that sandwich from the mast to the electrical panel.
