I cut two four inch long pieces of PVC pipe that had the same inside diameter as the outside diameter of my wisker pole, and cut a slot in each piece to allow the pole to snap into this "fitting". I beveled the edges to allow the PVC to more readily accept the pole. The PVC body is thick enough to accept a beveled screw hole and rounded screw head so it will not mar your pole. It's lasted for about seven years without failure.
I suspect you can use smaller diameter PVC pipe for your boat hook as well.
Thanks. That may be the route I take since I'm still not finding them on the WM site. Ryan also says he got them at WM. Arg! I guess I can stop by the store just in case.
I can't find them on the WM site now, just the expensive stainless ones. I'll look at mine later today and see if I can find a brand/part number. I did find some on the Perko site.

If you're looking for a "pole holder" you want a different website... ;)

Halleluia, there were no identifiers on mine, but that looks like the answer. Maybe search engines will move toward and improve upon the Siri model and try to interpret your words to find what you're actually looking for.
I cut a hole in the face of the quarterberth to stick one end of the pole in, then mounted a deck chock on the face of the settee for the other end to lock onto.

But, I have my solar charger and other electrical stuff there. (Battery box in the way too?) And those deck chocks are like $50 each. lol
I got the pair of clips on order at my local WM and they say they should arrive by friday just before I head out to the boat. :)

I don't think the 7' whisker pole would fit.
I just store mine on the cabin top with the hook-end slid outward through a hole under the teak handrail, and the shaft lying flat between the hand rail and the jib halyard. Never seems to move around, and is always handy.

Some of those clips look like they could also be used to store rolled-up nav charts, perhaps under the quarter berth.

Put a wad of paper in the tube first to stop the foam from getting near any buttons. You could do this in the smallest tube so the foam won't interfere when you collapse it. Do you think it might float then?
