We had a delightful sail this evening, me and the guy buying our boat. I'm helping him get accustomed to sailing her! Unbelievable weather for almost mid-March; winds 8-12, temp around 75. We had her doing 5.8 kts. at one point with just the main and working jib. Awesome evening!

Nope, the 25. Going back to 1 boat, the 22, without the slip rent overhead and second boat insurance! He's buying the boat, but not the trailer, so I'll around the ens of next month I'll have a fin keel C-25 trailer up for sale.
Well.. there is no denying the 22 is fun, especially in the summer with lighter winds. I enjoyed a Southcoast 22 for years and spend weeks on the Gulf and Atlantic coast.
