Why do you ask?

I ordered a couple of hats back in February. They charged my account then and I am still waiting for them. E-mail indicated they would ship in March or April-now I cannot get a response from them.

Hi:

I live about 10 miles north of Portland and have never heard of the company. I googled it and the location is actually in Falmouth, just north of Portland. Also, the street location is zoned residential so they must be working out of the house. I'll try to call for you and see what's up.

He finally responded and promised to issue a credit, however it has not yet shown up. (Downbucket) I believe you are correct he is working out of his house.

He indicated a credit would be issued but that has not yet happened. Sent another request today. Next activity will be the history of this sent to the BBB.
