Okat Scott, be nice. BTW, if you love hockey and sailing, plan on coming to Nashville in October. Our club is offering 3 regattas back-to-back 10/6-7, 10/13-14, and 10/20-21. The second weekend is the Music City Catalina Cup, a C-22 only event, and the third weekend is the more famous Equalizer Regatta, a one-design regatta featuring C-22, J22, S2-7.9 (and we get guys from Canada, Michigan, and Wisconsin for this one), and Northstar 500 (we have the largest NS500 fleet in the world here). Hockey tickets are usually easy to buy at the door. It's been said that we have the loudest fans in the NHL, and the NFL, too. Folks here just love their sports.
Start a hockey thread during the playoffs? Not a chance.... Sailing Scott - Nice Guy Motorcycle Scott - Mostly nice guy Corporate Scott - Professional and thorough Hockey Scott - Loud dude with a beer and a game worn Steve Ott jersey, yells at the refs, hates the Preds, especially Tootoo, mantra is "Get him Otter!". Very vocal hard core Stars fan. Had season tickets for 10 years. Hockey is the greatest sport on the planet. Bruins are my #2.

I've only done that once before....visiting friends in Phoenix....went to the 'Yotes/Stars game in full Dallas Stars clothing. Interesting experience being in enemy territory wearing the road team's colors. Phoenix fans were great though, all in good fun. Not like I was in Philly or something.....
Awww...come on!! I know that I have to tolerate the Philly hate from ESPN, but here too??? Philly is a great town and as fans we are just...passionate!
A Montreal fan living in Toronto has got to be rough. Growing up a Wings fan was interesting for me as all my relatives are Canadian and hardcore Leafs fans.
Look what showed up at my work after the Wings' last cup win!
Lookin good! I've got a pic with the Cup too, I'd have to scan it. It drops by every few years for fan pics and to tease us....sadly it's been since '99 that we've got to keep it for a while.
