In the 1970's, a new McVay Minuet and trailer was for sale in my home town, and the same seller had a new McVay Bluenose for sale with trailer, and they had the prettiest lines of any boats I had ever seen until then, but I eventually bought my 1981 C25, and never regretted it, but the McVay boats could steal your heart. The Minuet was about 19' LOA and the Bluenose was about 23' LOA.
I believe the photo below was taken at the 2007 Bluenose National Regatta.

Even more off topic . . . this was launched on our lake last fall. Be kind to the skipper - this is a maiden voyage after a 3 1/2 year restoration. Lake Arthur is also known for shifty winds.
