The rubber seal on the bottom of my Tohatsu cowling is coming loose. Anyone have any tips or tricks for gluing it back on?

Permatex® Pit Crew’s Choice™ Adhesive & Sealant

I've also used the Permatex® Aviation Form-A-Gasket® No. 3 Sealant

on occasion... very messy until it dries. and that can take a while.

When I need something sticky in a hot gasoline environment.

I am sure any marine sealant/adhesive will work but have you called or gone online with Tohatsu?
