Maybe the bunks are already high enough or too high.
Do you know how high the bunks must be above the keel support to load a C-25 fin?
On a previous post I was told the height from the bottom of the keel to the bottom of the hull was 33". That is about 3 to 4 inches higher than the bunks are now.
Maybe the difference is in the height of the cabin.
Hi Paul, I think you are correct about the 3 to 4 inch difference. I'll check mine when I get home. The freeboard (area above the water line) on a C250 is what makes it so tall. The 3 or 4 inches shallower draft just doesn't amount to much when trailering a fin or wing. Now a swing....that's a different story <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
