High tide at 8PM tonight as I understand it which might coincide with the peak of the storm surge...

One of my pet peeves about my C25 was the lack of attachment points. Actually, it's a very common problem for cheaper vessels and even some stout Hans Christians and the like. Toe rails with spaced openings are perfect for adding extra springs, etc. Also, hanging fenders from lifelines will cause damage if the fenders get caught on the dock.

The right size will accommodate multiple lines of the appropriate diameter. I added two midship cleats on the genoa track--good for fenders and spring-lines.

One of the reasons I like my Watkins, oversize cleats and a toe-rail. If I could just combine the two boats....

I added two midship to each side close to the stanchion so the sheets would not get hung on them.

Any of our folks down there in NOLA? Looks like a levy has been breached and one of the parish's flooded. They're getting hit pretty hard with flooding.
