Tango has three galley drawers. I dedicated one to the tools and hardware that are needed most often. I built a flat (3" deep) wooden toolbox with a handle that sits on top, inside the drawer. Under that is a plastic organizer with stainless pins, rings, screws, bolts, etc. The drawer also contains cable ties, rigging tape and a couple of spare turnbuckles. The system works for me because I can set the toolbox down on the deck without worrying if it will tip over.
