Thinking of selling my C25 and getting something bigger for next season guys. Let me know what you guys think..
New in 2012 season:
2012 9.8 Tohatsu 4 stroke long shaft motor North Sails 130% furling genoa CDI FF4 furler system 6' Westland Sunbrella Bimini Mainsheet Jibsheet furling line porta potty LED interior lighting Battery selector switch Battery Bow light Refinished tiller Canvas tiller cover
many more updates this season
Boat is in very good condition and is in the water ready to sail. The boat is bone dry and never accumulates water in the bilge, literally never had to pump out this entire season.
Known issues: In need of bottom paint. Mainsail probably due for replacement next season.. Sails well for now. Cabin cushions are original and some have small tears. Knotmeter works intermittently, I plan to look closer at it this off season when boat is out of water.
EDIT: Knotmeter fixed, Bottom sanded and painted in the offseason, see new pictures below.
Good package, well priced, honestly presented. With the new furler, outboard, genoa, etc., someone would be very hard-pressed to buy a sound boat and bring her up to your status for that price.
Sorry for the late response guys, I thought I had subscribed but apparently not.
Boat survived Sandy just fine. I had gone down and moved to a more sheltered mooring and stripped the deck down to the mast alone. I have arranged for winter dry storage and re-launch and will be taking her out this week.

The boat looks great and appears to be priced right. I paid $7500 for my 84 SK last year with a trailer but yours is in a little better shape. Not much good up here on the lake but ideal for the sound. Is there any UV protection on the genoa?
She was dry stored for the winter with the mast unstepped. I sanded the bottom, applied 1 coat of pettit underwater primer and 2 coats of West Marine PCA Anti-slime ablative. (3 coats to rudder and leading edges). Removed and stripped the rudder to gelcoat. Drilled about 10 holes through and let dry out. Filled holes and leading edges with WEST epoxy, primed and painted. Replaced the lower gudgeon with newer catalina direct version w/bushing. NO slop in the rudder. Polished and sealed the hull. Applied new metal bird spikes to both the upper and lower spreaders.
