Hi Everyone:

The boat is going to a marina soon and I need to buy and install automatic bilge pump. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Bubba,
Here's how I installed a Rule 2000 pump in our WK: Bilge install on SL.

Maybe that'll give you some ideas on how to proceed with yours.

FWIW, I installed the Rule-Mate automated pump with integrated level sensor (no moving parts) described in this video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbM4lj8dUUo

I believe I have the 1100 GPM model, which was the largest that I could fit in the tight confines of my bilge. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of the installation. However, I can tell you that it was just able to fit between the two most aft keel bolts, with the pump mounted in the transverse direction and the 90 degree adapter (which comes with the pump) used to direct the flow toward the stern. I used 3M 4200 to bed a plastic "shelf" between the keel bolts, and screwed the pump onto this shelf.

I wired the pump directly to an always-hot lead in the circuit panel, with a dedicated in-line fuse. The pump would do no good if I accidentally turn it off.

I opted to "keep it simple" and connected the pump to the existing manual bilge pump hose. This method never fails to generate a bit of controversy, due largely to an incorrect belief that the flapper valves in the manual pump would block the flow. I did a lot of testing, including quantitative measurements of flow rates, to demonstrate that this installation works fine as long as you properly maintain the equipment. You can see details, including the data that I took, over on this thread. Scroll about halfway down to see my posts.

I realize this thread is a little old, but last December I snapped some pictures of my install and uploaded them, but forgot to link them here. They show how I was able to "shoehorn" the pump in between the keel bolts in the bilge. Note the 90 degree angle going to the inlet of the manual bilge pump hose.
