Does anyone know the shackle size used to connect the main sheet block to the boom? I lost mine and need to replace it.

It sound be the same size as the one that connects the other end of the mainsheet to the traveler. Just take that with you to a supply store and get a matching one.

Our West Marine store has a large assortment of sailboat hardware on clearance - stuff people ordered and it was the wrong size. Home Depot and Lowes have a limited selection of stainless hardware too.
