New pictures posted of the manual pump instalation replacing the rotted and ancient macerator. Other pictures showing the teak cleaning and refinishing progress and the last added picture shows a pulley tied to the leading stanchion of the stern pulpit that facilitates the operation of the roller furler line. My boat, "Wings of Gold" may be seen in the background.
I also soaked the mainsheet line in a bucket of laundry detergent and a little bleach. It no longer resembles an anchor rode. I learned that the totally gray mainsheet used to be white with red tracing. It is now really supple and soft and at the end of the season it will go to the washing machine for a thorough treatment.
Also removed and installed a new battery.
Items remaining include interior fiberglass restoration, navlights (they don't work), throw pillows courtesy of Mom.
