Today I noticed one of my aft cleats is loose. I believe access to the back side is through the battery access. Can someone tell me how they are mounted? Is there a backing plate, or just big washers, or another set up?

Big washers, you have to remove the bulkhead in front of the battery and become a pretzel to reach up to the nuts. better have someone topside to keep the bolt from spinning. it can be done, I am 6' 230 lbs
