I've gone about as long as I can without window coverings in my cabin. In keeping with the clean lines of the C250's interior, I was thinking of making fabric-covered inserts that could be temporarily placed in the shallow cavity of each fixed port. My

That is an EXCELLENT idea! I'm thinking this is the type of plastic that might have some of the same temporary adhesive properties as those plastic US flags you see in car windows today, right? I must admit I've never seen flexible plastic this

I know Home Depot sells frosted plastic for front doors. Some of it is decorated with flowers and such. And it is made to stick to the door glass.

We bought the shades that Catalina offered with the boat. They work well for us. You might take a look at them.
