We cannot direct the winds but we can adjust our sails.
Randy, the boat's clean as a whistle, nice job with the pictures. Sorry to hear she's on the block, but hope you'll stay on in the admiralty. At that price she shouldn't last long.
Don't want to hijack, but what's the little puck in the transom area photo showing the outboard just underneath where the starboard catbird seat support would be?

It is the shore power connector.
I'll keep lurking on the forums and move over to Admiralty when we sell the boat. I've benefited very much from this site over the years.

Someone is going to get a great deal from this.
Can you post the pics in the members area as several of them are valuable views of changes that members have made to their boats.
Wish you luck and calm seas with your new boat when you find it.

Paul, I will document my projects in the member's area. This site has been so helpful for me and I'm glad to share my mods. Probably will get to it in the fall. Lots going on right now.
Wow, two weeks earlier and I would have taken that pretty boat off your hands quick like. That is nicer than mine, two years newer and the same price. Could not find a 250 wk on the west coast for a while. Jumped on the local one on my lake but it has not seen the love yours has. I have the extreme custom trailer but I only use it for storing the boat come winter time.

Sorry I missed you! Oh well, glad to hear I've got the boat competitively priced.

Just can't believe you're really going to sell her!
We are going to buy a travel trailer and do some land-cruising to national parks, etc. So, we'll have less time for sailing but we don't want to give it up.

Nuati Duck, now renamed to Cerulean II, is now sitting on her hydro hoist at Windycrest Sailing Club on Keystone Lake near Tulsa, Oklahoma.
It has been 4.5 months since I made the 4.5 day (4300 mile) Journey from Tulsa, OK to Eugene, OR to purchase Nauti Duck & bring her home (Randy's attention to detail is fantastic with the upgrades that he had completed and were exactly what I was looking for).
They say that the Joy to life is in the journey and it was a very interesting 73 hour journey. What had started out as a supposedly great weather window for the trip, about 1/3 of the way to Eugene, the weather was changing rapidly and I learned that path back to Tulsa would picked up 18" of snow in Wyoming and even though we were driving a Chevy 1 ton dually 4WD with chains on board, we made the decision to change our route, returning down through California and back across Arizona with 45-60 mph winds following us. For those that don't know how long California is, at 55 mph towing a trailer, it took 18 hours to go from the top down to near the bottom of the state.
We have had a much colder and longer winter in the Midwest with the lake freezing over (fairly rare for us since we usually get to enjoy winter sailing). So last week the weather finally warmed up enough to get the Level Lift Hydro Host set up in my dock and I have Cerulean II sitting on it. We are working on getting her to sit level on the hoist so that I don’t have the issue of water coming in either hatch. I have 200lbs of sand bags in the bow and will add 50-100lbs more to get her to sit level. This weekend is predicted to be in the 70’s with great wind, so I hope to get the sails up and make her maiden voyage on Keystone Lake.
We enjoyed a 1989 Catalina 22 WK from 2000 to 2010 and had dreamed about the C250 or C270. Having never sailed on a C250 or C270, and after getting Cerulean II home and spending time on her while she rested on the trailer, my wife and I are glad that we got the C250. It seems like twice the C250.
Randy, everyone who has seen Cerulean II cannot believe that the boat is 14 years old, thank you for the care you have given her and I hope to continue for many years.

My C22 WK was purchased from Durango, CO and brought back to Tulsa as well. No regrets! At the time that boat was in the best condition with the right upgrades and least travel to get, after a 7 month search. I have been looking for a C250 for over a year, but I want specific upgrades and bristol condition.
