I received an email today from Roy Hinrichs - Fleet Captain, Fleet-101 (Fort Worth, TX)
This event is for a good cause and I wanted everyone to to be aware of Roy's efforts.

Sailing 4 Heroes Program

Lake Worth Sailing Club, working with the Fort Worth Veterans Administration and Wounded Heroes of Texas organization, will conduct the Sailing 4 Heroes program starting Saturday, September 21, 2013. This program is a Sailing Course designed specifically for our Disabled Veterans working through the rehab therapy programs. Vets are provided with three weekend classroom, lab, and on the water training that will prepare them for the Sailing 4 Heroes Regatta on Saturday, October 12, 2013.

Members from the Lake Worth Sailing Club will provide sailboats and assistance to our Vets as they learn to become sailors.
