Paul -
Interesting boat and nice surroundings in Biscayne Bay! Could use a trip to FLA - a wee bit a warmth would feel nice these days...
I noticed your URL code was a bit off. You might want to take another look at it.

The boat seems fine (on my tiny iPhone screen) however a bit worn and showing her age. Not sure what prices are in your area but there seemed to be a lot of dickering room in the figure. Two batteries, but only one new, is a liability (the bad one can take out the good one).
I wish the selling party the best of luck on this... As well as the potential buyer!

Nice mid-boom sheet... Swinger? (I'm not familiar with the early 80s traditional interior, especially the sole.)

Our previous C25 was a 1981 - it was a good boat.

This one appears to be a tall rig.

Interesting use of the Home Depot bucket, serves at least 3 purposes.

The mooring costs seems reasonable for the location.

Dave,
It looks like a fin keel to me from looking inside, It doesn't look like it has the swinger trunk just aft of the compression post. The solar panel to top off the batteries when it is on the mooring is a great feature, it will make the battery bank last much longer, now hopefully the older batt is isolated with a switch from the brand new one!
