Wow--that's quite an outfit... They have one pair of women's size 11 shoes, a knob for something-or-other, 20 light blue paper napkins... But it appears the ST-1000 is gone--I wonder why they had it in the first place, and whether it was new. I'd buy from a credible retailer I could return something to.

They aren't by any chance in Florida, are they? (Almost impossible to tell, but the FTC has an action against somebody that might be related to this.)

That's kind of what I was thinking but thought it doesn't hurt to ask. I can get it locally for the same price as Defender and then have better service if I have any issues with it.
