Is there any advantage to having a controlling interest?

I can either buy in at one third or one half.....

One-half is one less person to disagree with, one less person to do ill-advised mods, one less person to go into arrears on payments, one less person you have to convince to sell out . . .

Good luck!

The best partnerships have a simple buyout clause that can be exercised at ANYTIME. It states that a partner may make an offer to buy another out at anytime but must accept that amount from the other partner if that partner wishes to exercise his option to purchase. So you cannot lowball a guy hard up for money and anytime you want to buy you have to be prepared to sell.

I have partnered twice on airplanes. One time there was three of us. Partnership did not work out very well. Other time there was just two of us and it worked great. All depends on who the partners are.
