Awhile back one our members identified a service that allows you to place your mooring, anchorage, slip or homeport on a Google map. Paul and the web crewe added the app to this forum - Thanks!
Perhaps newer members have not noticed it. You should.

Which points out to me that my "profile" there has the wrong (camouflaged) e-mail address. I logged in, but can't find a way to change it.

I was able to add the location of the lucky duck, but wasn't able to change the city. When I went to edit the boat I kept getting an error.

Well - I'm really glad there's nothing radically wrong with the "Map Your Boat" website. As you know "it's only software" so the fix ought to be a piece of cake!!!

If memory serves me the user has to unlock their individual marker to make editorial changes but I don't see that option. iirc this happened before and was corrected by an Administrator setting. Who inherited the Admin responsibilities for this site?

As memory serves it was "Prospector", our good friend from the Great White North (actually Toronto). He published a post on the method but I can't seem to find it in Search.

There is a change to the Map-Your-Boat link.
Using the new instructions, you no longer have to "unlock" the map to add your boat.
The password has also changed.

Here's the link to the new instructions.
