This weekend was sweet. Clear sky, full moon and good wind night sailing on Friday. A cold wind blew in Saturday night and Sunday morning was brisk! The new engine behaved and was a pleasure.. Dinner Saturday night was Bourbon Salmon poached in butter and white wine with snow peas.

Hard to beat..

Pretty tasty. I've been home a week and am suffering acute scallop and blackened grouper withdrawal, not to mention hushpuppies.

You bet.. trying to cook with butane, which is so hot. The cast iron helps dissipate the high temp. Still hard to cook with, if the wind is up the stove goes out before you get a low enough flame.

That salmon/peas looks great! Just got back from wintering on the Colorado river down by Yuma. We caught 60+ bass, cat, perch. Wife cooked 5 fishfrys for us and friends. Sure was fun! Chief
