I recently installed my omnidirection antenna on my 250. I 90 degree bent a piece of aluminum 2" x 1/8" x 12"and attached it to the ant.. Put holes in aluminum strip to mount 2 sail slides one above the other with a pair of nylon ties each. Put 12" round omni antenna into mast slide slot and attach halyard to raise with small line hanging down to draw it back down when needed. Slides are attached to the coax as well to slide up the mast to keep coax in place. Connect 12v to braid and center connector to use amplifier in antenna and attach coax to TV! Now you have a non permanent system that works and looks great! No video as not at boat. Commodore asked me to provide some technical input on occasion. Hope this helps some of you. My best, Chief

Chief that's great. For the Omni, did you use one of those frisbee types? I see RCA modified their square box for outdoors antenna I use a Mohu leaf inside the cabin. It's flat, but I see they have now created an outdoor bowtie type. Cool project!

Yes, it is like 2 frisbees with the void in the middle. I got 45 channels in Bodega Harbor. Most stations are primarily selling something but I don't do much better with satellite here at home! Most channels are junk. Chief
