I'm very envious.

This months Southern Boating has an article on the new rules for checking into the USA from foreign waters.

I won't go into long details, but, you now must check in with the INS as well as the Coast Guard. Both trips in person and with your crew.

The INS has a new name now as well...I forget it. There are specific ports of entry now as well.

I assume you guys already knew this but I wanted to pass it on anyway.

Ya'll are stuck with me another year. I sent my dues today. <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

It's 0130 and I am waiting for my crew to show so we can leave a 0200. I've done all I can do and it's time to head south. The weather has turned cold here in N. FL. & very windy. Hope we can make the crossing. Trying to think if I've forgotten anything. But I need to shut my eyes for 30 minutes.
