I have a 1980 C25 Swing Keel with a 1996 Honda 9.9 Motor. I want to install a remote control for steering & throttle. Does anyone have any information on this. I got a price on a new motor with all of this and it came to $3,400.00.

I have a 8HP Nissan (I think I paid about $1,200 a few years ago). Nissan/Tohatsu offers cockpit controls for $250. I bought the kit last year, and it's a simple installation. I have to dock in fairly open water, and it gets a little tricky when the win
