I'm looking to do most of the upgrades many of you have been so kind to suggest on my standing rigging. i plan to buy parts and upgrades from CD, do any of you know an inexpensive rigger in my area, (Annapolis, MD / Washington DC metro)

When I broke my mast last year, I was recommended Annapolis Riggers. I talked to them several times, and they promised to come out to Alexandria, VA to rig my boat. But they put me off so many times I decided to do the job myself. They're supposedly very good and cheap (as these things go).
