Try diluting it 10:1 in the fuel tank of your street vehicle. I've even done this successfully with foul smelling 2-stroke premix in a fuel injected truck.
If you don't want to run it through any engine you own, try dumping it into a neighbor's gas tank -- just kidding !
Call your local sanitation department. They usually have a facility where you can take it without cost.

Talk to the people in your marina or contact your city recycling department. They will have safe places to dump the old gas. Also clean out the tank after, there may be residue that will clog the engine. My marina will dump the fuel for a small fee and they meet EPA standards.
