Had a beautiful weekend on Folsom Lake, perfect weather and a nice breeze for several hours. Sailed from 09:00 to 16:00 and put about 30 miles on the track log.

Nice pictures ! Now that's living.

I think your weekend was better than ours. It was blowing like stink up here on the beach in NW California (30kts).

There were full gale warnings and the ocean was a maelstrom on the Salmon opener. :>(

Great photos. I think this forum is great for spreading this kind of good news about sailing!
We spent sunday on the MIssissippi River. Lots of current as the lock/dam is open all the way. Anchored/fished for a bit-no takers then set out to sail up river. With the wind and current, sailing on the river is kind of like a fight simlator. You can tack up river and stay in the same place.
