When you're ready, I think we ought to "swap boats" for 2-3 weeks. Mine gets trailered to the Juans from the Columbia River near Portland. I have never sailed the Big lakes. T'would save a lotta money and hassle. Think it over.....Gary

There are some wonderful books out there on "Gunkholing the San Juans" and "Gunkholing the Gulf Islands" as well as the series by Marge and Ted Mueller on the Puget Sound area. Take a look at your West Marine catalog on page 887 in the 2001 Master Catalo
