i sailed gypsy on satrurday afternoon/evening and was using my spinnaker, "good quality specifically designed for the C25," my question is, i attached the tack around the forstay wrapped around the rolled up jib, I was wondering if i could fly it more efficiantly if i attached the tack to the bow instead with a 3 or so foot line? rather than flying her high up on the rolled up jib.
Duane is absolutely correct. Use a line from stem fitting to your chute's tack corner.
I've got a small block shackled to the stem fitting so that my spinnaker tack line can be adjusted from the cockpit........lower tack for beam reaching and higher tack for broad reaching.

BTW: You should take a close look at your furler's forestay extrusion. The pictures you posted on the other Q&A look as though there might be quite a kink left in the extrusion.
