Winches every few years or so--check the manufacturer's instructions for the lube to use. Naturally, Lewmar makes their own...
For those of us with outboard brackets (not you), the pivot points are important (at least annually). I can't think of much else besides the engine... My roller furler, with Torlon bearings, is not supposed to be lubed--just flushed with water now and then. (The rain will have to take care of the upper swivel.)
