Hi there, Well, it's actually kinda sad that my Catalina 22 has a buyer. I kinda liked her and will miss her. Of course I have my 25 now. My broker says the new owner is really excited and will take good care of her. He also said it was the nicest 22 he has ever represented. Here's your last chance to check her out before she's gone. I know a lot of you had 22's so it will be a real trip down memory lane
My broker, Jack Weber, with Select Yachts is really great. He says that he will be manning the Catalina booth in Annapolis in October. If I don't take my new sailing friend (deck candy) sailing to Destin that week if she can't get off work I'll go to Annapolis and hang out.

Do I buy a furler and new headsail and a tiller pilot, or pay off my new Honda motor and trailer?
Congrats/condolances, Frank... Looks like a gem! Some similar-vintage C-25s have been listed for less, so your efforts have been recognized. Some day, when you sell the 25, I suspect another buyer will get a well-cared-for boat!

As they say the two best days of a sailers life are the day they buy the boat and the day they sell her. Congratulations on selling a very nice 22, and continue to enjoy the 25!
